Telangiectasia are small dilated blood vessels near the surface of the skin or mucous membranes. They can develop anywhere on the body but commonly seen on the face, around nose, cheeks and chin. They can also develop on the legs, specifically on the upper thigh, below the knee and around the ankles.
Sebaceous Hyperplasia is a common, benign condition of sebaceous glands in adults of middle age or older. Lesions can be single or multiple and manifest as yellowish, soft, small papules on the face (particularly nose, cheeks, forehead and occasionally on the chest.)
Flat hyperpigmentation is a small pigmented spot on the skin with clearly-defined edge, surrounded by normal-appearing skin.

Acne is most common on the face, back, and chest and sometimes can be inflammatory. Acne develops from blockages in the hair follicles. Hormones play a huge role in breakouts as well as genetic.
A blackhead (medically known as an open comedo) is a yellow or blackish bump or plug on the skin. A blackhead is a type of acne vulgaris. It is caused by excess oils that have accumulated in the sebaceous gland's duct. The substance found in these bumps mostly consists of keratin and modified sebum. (an oily secretion of the sebaceous gland), which darkens as it oxidizes.
Cherry angiomas are made up of clusters of capillaries at eh surface of the skin forming small round dome (papule), which maybe flat topped. They appear as small red dots.
