Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Any appointment canceled after 48 hours period will be charged $100.
All appointments require a credit card number to be kept on file. All cancellation require 48 hour notice. Failure to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be considered a "LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW" and will be charged according to treatment policy.
Please also note, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or your service maybe shortened.
Appointment reminders are sent via text and email 4 days in advance and 1 day before your scheduled appointment.
While I understand that emergencies may arise, please be mindful to communicate and be respectful of this policy to avoid any charges. I appreciate your understanding.

TREATMENT PACKAGES POLICY
Patients that have a pre-paid package that no show or late cancel their appointment will forfeit that treatment from their package.
To receive package pricing, payment must be made at the time of the first treatment or sale or at the time of booking.Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and may not be applied to other treatment areas. Treatment sold in packages should be use every month until you finish the whole package. Package expiration dates are per the fine print on date of purchase. Unused services by the date of expiration will be forfeited. ENEEVA SKIN CARE reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. We would offer to fix any issues instead.
Canceling multiple services, packages. Any cancellation with less than the required time which is 48 hours notice in advance, may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Rescheduling services paid through payment plan, should be rescheduled 48 hours before the appointment time and will only be allowed 1X, rescheduling more than 1X will be charged $100. Unused services by the date of expiration will be forfeited
A FULL SERVICE PRICE will be imposed for a “NO-SHOW"

Special Consideration: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking,or any notable changes since your last treatment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged for $100.
If you arrive late, your session maybe shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "FULL" session.
Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
FOR SAFETY
To maintain a safe environment, children without appointments are not allowed in the treatment room or in the reception and relaxation area. Cellphones and other devices MUST BE SILENCED during the treatment.
