Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Any appointment canceled after 48 hours period will be charged $50. I will be sending an invoice. This must be paid in first to rebook.
Please also note, if you are late, your service maybe shortened.
While I understand that emergencies may arise, please be mindful to communicate and be respectful of this policy to avoid any charges or invoices being sent. I appreciate your understanding.

To receive package pricing, payment must be made at the time of the first treatment or sale.Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and may not be applied to other treatment areas. Package expiration dates are per the fine print on date of purchase. Unused services by the date of expiration will be forfeited. ENEEVA SKIN CARE reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. We would offer to fix any issues instead.
Canceling multiple services, packages, require 48-hour notice. Any cancellation with less than the required time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Special Consideration: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking,or any notable changes since your last treatment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged for $50. Invoice must be paid in first before appointments maybe reserved or honored.
If you arrive late, your session maybe shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "FULL" session.
Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
To maintain a safe environment, children without appointments are not allowed in the treatment room or in the reception and relaxation area. Cellphones and other devices MUST BE SILENCED during the treatment.
